How do you ease the tilt tension knob and what is the maximum amount it can be loosened..?

When you have the chair assembled and on the floor rotate clockwise and you will feel the knob rotating with more ease. You do not need to over loosen and make a few rotations at a time and sit in chair to find the right tension for your tilt.
